We are looking for a passionate individual to join our team of Early Childhood Educators at Odessa Early Learning Center. The successful applicant will need to have patience, creativity in planning and programming activities, and approach life with a sense of fun and wonder! The successful applicant will need to be familiar with a play based learning approach, and will need to have an idea of how to use positive behavioral guidance techniques. They will need to be aware of and plan for children to be supported in reaching all developmental milestones, and will need to be comfortable working with children with a wide variety of behavioral and cognitive needs. We work hard to create a home like and supportive environment for our families and children, and the successful applicant will need be an active participant in contributing to that work. They will need to be able to communicate with other team members to ensure that the highest quality of care is provided, and to ensure that a positive team bond is maintained. This is a full time and permanent position. Salary ranges based on the level of ECE that the applicant has, and experience will be taken into consideration as well. The successful applicant must have ECE level 1,2, or 3 or be willing to work towards it.
