Protein Powered Farms Inc. is looking for experienced Mill Operators for its pulse processing and milling operation outside of Saskatoon. If you are looking for the opportunity to contribute your knowledge and expertise in milling across all process areas, this role will be a great fit for you!
Responsibilities and Duties
Lead and execute product flow from raw material to finished ingredients.
Operate equipment to maximize yield and efficiency.
Achieve high standards of quality control and customer specifications.
Service and maintain equipment as required.
Conduct product sampling and analysis and maintain associated documentation.
Maintain a safe, clean and efficient work area.
Qualifications and Skills
Ideally 2 years of grain milling, cleaning, equipment operations or processing experience.
Grade 12.
Post secondary training in engineering or agriculture would be an asset.
Demonstrated commitment to working safely.
Ability to work shift work.
Mechanical aptitude.
The successful candidate will be a team player with a keen interest in plant operations.
Position is full time permanent.
