We are seeking One (1) Construction Administration Finance to support project opportunities with Neetah
Construction and its affiliated companies Western Infrastructure and Morsky Industrial Services, in a
shared services environment. This position will be site based (within Saskatchewan), however, the
office headquarters is in Regina, SK. You will be joining a team of recognized industry experts to
help execute work that is critical to our clients and our communities.
Job Title: Construction Administration Finance
Reports To: General Manager
Job Summary: The Construction Administration Finance is an integral member of the project
team responsible for supporting the delivery of construction projects of varying size and
complexity. The Administrative Assistant will be a multitasker with excellent communications skills
and have a positive attitude. The Construction Administration Finance will assist management,
employees, and all visitors to the company by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional
assistance via telephone, mail and email, making reservations or travel arrangements, and being a
helpful and positive presence in the workplace of Heavy Civil Construction, Water and Sewer
Construction, Other Miscellaneous Earth moving project activities.
Scope of Responsibilities: Will include all project related activities as directed, by including the
following responsibilities:
Assists the department leads with daily administrative duties and completes a broad
variety of administrative tasks
