Part time, maintenance/handyman/landscaper/position
15 - 30 Hours per week
$18 per hour

We do property management and landscaping for multiple apartments/condos throughout the city, every day is something different, we work in peoples homes you would be personable, respectful, courteous and have a positive friendly attitude.

Some of what you will do for maintenance, small repairs for tenants, plumbing, painting, full rental turnaround, cleaning, garbage removal, moving furniture, drywall repair, & painting.
Some of what you will do for lawn care, irrigation, gardening, mowing lawns, pool maintenance, parking lot sweeping, and landscaping.

We are looking for someone that can anticipate the next step, work independently, and is willing to learn.

Must have clean drivers abstract
Class 5 drivers license
Experience driving 1 ton
Must be bondable
Must provide Criminal Record Check
Experience with power tools required
Experience with lawn care equipment a must

$18 per hour
