Duties and responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living skills, including medication management; organization and participating in teaching of social, functional, independent and leisure skills. They must be able to take a proactive approach & provide appropriate responses to residents disclosing thoughts of self-harm or suicide, hallucinations, delusions or other symptoms & challenging behaviors. Position involves shift work and ISO of permanent weekend staff as well. Hours are from 7:00a.m. - 3:00 p.m; 3:00 p.m. - 11:00p.m, and 11:00p.m. - 7:00 a.m. The qualifications: relevant education & work experience in the human services field. Must possess a valid drivers license and reliable vehicle.
