Application Support Analyst Role
eHealth Saskatchewan is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, results-oriented individual Reporting to the Manager, Laboratory Services, you will be responsible for resolving technology issues and supporting applications that directly impact patient care. This is an integral role in our chain of care, and we are looking for a troubleshooter who takes pride in strong customer service.

You will be part of a team that provides application support to multi-user, mission critical, technology applications. You will research and analyze issues with existing applications and/or transactions and will investigate and implement upgrades, new releases, patches and other changes on standalone and integrated applications. In addition, this role may monitor production technology systems to ensure optimal performance and to identify opportunities to improve effectiveness.

You must be willing to participate in the on-call 24/7 support strategy.  This requires a rotation of support analysts to be available to respond to priority emergency service disruptions after hours.
