Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a Pharmacy Administration Assistant to join our Regina, SK location at Regina Fulfillment Centre (RHS).
Job Description:
Reporting to the Store Operator/Pharmacy Manager, and under the supervision of a pharmacist, this role is responsible for performing specific dispensing functions as well as various accounts payable duties such as bank reconciliations, filing, mailing, financial statements, and payment processing.
Applicants must be motivated and have excellent communication skills. The candidates will join a pharmacy team that prides itself in delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications & Skills:
-Preference will be given to those who have retail Pharmacy experience.
-Previous bookkeeping experience is an asset. This is an entry-level role.
-Kroll experience is an asset.
-Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
-Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
-Working knowledge of internet and email use.
-Communicate effectively in both oral and written formats.
-Excellent ability to work as part of a team or independently.
-Professional attitude and ability to communicate well with customers and co-workers.
-Work steadily under deadlines.
-Ability to take initiative, direction, and prioritize.
-Professional image and proper grooming.
-Candidates must have a valid driver's licence.
