Fantastic Transport Inc. located at 424 1st Ave E, Regina, SK is presently hiring three (3) Dispatchers. Applicants should have a post-secondary certificate/diploma. Candidates to have minimum one-year work experience as a Dispatcher. Applicant should be able to communicate in English. These are full time positions. We will also consider applicants who are willing to work part time. The salary will be $28.75 per hour. Following are some of the duties:

    Book truck loads by contacting customers and using online software
    Keep updated information for available trucks/trailers and Truck Drivers before book the loads
    Communicate and transmit the load and route information to the Truck Drivers
    Ensure to provide documents and information required to deliver goods to the Truck Drivers before they start their trip to deliver goods.
    Advise the Truck Drivers of route and traffic problems such as construction, accidents, congestion, weather conditions, weight and size restrictions and other information
    Operate phone and emails to communicate with shippers, receivers and Truck Drivers
    Maintain Truck Drivers' work records using computerized or manual methods and ensure time sheets and payroll summaries are completed accurately
    Maintain computer and manual records of mileage, fuel use, repairs and other expenses, and generate reports
