Criteria:
Possess a solid and comprehensive knowledge of the game and rules of golf.
Conduct oneself in a professional manner and maintain a professional image at all times.
Friendly, wiliness to adapt and learn, work hard and be a team player.
Able to work independently.
Service-minded and customer-focused attitude.
Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
Ability to focus on guests & staff needs, while remaining calm and courteous at all times.

Responsibilities:
Offer consistent, professional, engaging and friendly customer service.
Inform golfers about essential course knowledge and directions to help with pace.
Provide pertinent course information and a fantastic customer experience.
Assist guests in course rules, golf rules, and maintaining a proper pace of play.
Enforce the rules, regulations, policies and procedures
Perform light golf maintenance duties such as sand and seeding course divots, repairing ball marks etc.

This is a seasonal position, with scheduled hours varying through the open season. Hours may be impacted by weather conditions when impacting operating hours of the course. As this is a seasonal position, where we are busiest on league nights (Wednesdays), weekends and during special events. Although we can provide some schedule flexibility, employees can expect to work evenings and weekends and there is limited availability for extended time off during the season.
