Essential Job Functions
1.  Assist with administering employee benefits programs; ensuring HRIS and benefits system are updated with the most recent employee information.
2. Assist with developing and updating Employee Orientation and On-boarding.
3. Prepare general communications for employees for communication on TVs, bulletin boards, etc.
4. Develop and generate reports as necessary.
5. Perform high volume resume and application screening processes.
6. Read job recruitment databases.
7. Identify and reach out to potential candidates, screen applicants and conduct initial interviews.
8. Schedule formal in person and TEAMS interviews &
complete reference checks.
10. Represent Schulte at career fairs.
11. Review, amend and update policies as needed.
12. Assist with employee engagement programs through planning and executing service recognition events.
13. Maintain employee relations by offering support to all levels.
14. Support Human Resources Department with projects and programs.
15. Participate in Safety Programs and initiatives.
