Description

-Process and communicate information and orders to co-ordinate the activities of truck drivers.
-Inform drivers about route and traffic problems such as construction, accidents, congestion, weather, weight, and size restrictions.
-Receive requests for emergency assistance and contact ambulances, tow-trucks, and utility trucks.
-Dispatch personnel according to work orders or as per emergency requirements.
-Keeping track of staff workloads and locations.
-Ensure timesheets and payroll summaries of drivers are accurately completed.
-Compile and maintain records of mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses
-Arrange for necessary repairs to restore service and schedules.
-Assuring the safety and health of drivers and fulfilling customer requirements.
