Journeyperson Cook Certificate
Experience
Previous: Six (6) months on-the-job experience in order to become familiar with timelines, special diets, large quantity food production and department policies and procedures.

Valid drivers license, where required by the job

Unqualified applicants would have to meet the following criteria:
    Professional Cooking Certificate or equivalent preferred, including the completed Cook  Online Upgrading Pilot.
    Food Safe Certificate
