Demonstrates a complete understanding of menu items and explains it to guests accurately.
Provide timely, pleasant, and polite food and beverage service to guests.
Answer customer questions about menu items and serve customers at counter.
Take customer orders and accept payment through cash or card.
Clean tables and chairs, clean kitchen and prepping areas and wash dishes.
Clean, unwrap, slice, and trim foodstuffs utilizing manual and electric appliances.
Ensure tables are correctly set, side stations are tidy, and side work is appropriately completed.
Handle guest complaints and notify the manager on duty immediately.
