Duties and Responsibilities
1.Use proper greeting, smile and eye contact with the guests and coworkers
2.Know and follow the company standards
3.Responsible for smooth operation of the department.
4.Supervise Room Attendants
5.Organizes and facilitates the room making process.
6.Daily allocation of rooms and deep cleaning tasks to team members.
7.Responsible for the cleanliness of guest rooms, corridors and heart of the house area of the hotel.
8.Checks the occupied and departure rooms, giving specialattention to guest needs.
9.Manage guest requests, including VIP amenities and communicating them to the relevant team members
10.Routine inspection of guest bedrooms to ensure they meet standards.
11.Aware of all room categories and amenities.
12.Carry out lost and found procedures.
13.Report maintenance issues to Maintenance/Engineering Department.
14.Provide training to new employees.
15.Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships.
16.Supervise laundry operation.
17.Ensure to have arrivals ready by check in time.
