Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced long-haul trailer truck driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for goods from one place to another across the country, ensuring that they arrive on time and in good condition.

- Transporting goods from one location to another in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintaining accurate records of each trips, including performing routine checks and servicing as required.
- Communicating effectively with dispatchers and other team members to ensure that all deliveries are completed as scheduled.
- Adhering to all safety regulations and protocols, including loading and unloading procedures and securing loads properly.
- Maintaining clean and tidy vehicle, both inside and out.
- Reporting any incidents, accidents, or safety concerns to management immediately.
- Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanour when interacting with customers and other road users.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Requirement:

- a valid class 1A driver's licence with clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a long-haul truck driver.
- Ability to operate a range of vehicle, including tractor-trailer, flatbed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours and to travel long distances.
- Knowledge of federal and state transportation regulations.
