*Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items and explain them to guests accurately.
*Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
*Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
*Establish work schedules and procedures
*Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
*Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
*Use point of sale system/cash register to record the orders and compute the amount of the bill.
*Collects payments from guests and return balance.
*Make Sure Pita Pros prepare food neatly, according to recipe and on a timely manner on well sanitize work station.
*Perform Cash-ln Procedure and counting closing cash and cash balancing at the end of shift.
*Check products in prep. Unit area and restocks items to ensure a sufficient supply throughout the shift.
*Understand and adhere to proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards during food preparation, service and clean up.
*Clean and maintains all areas of the restaurant to promote clean image. Understand and adheres to the 3-step method for cleaning.
*Perform weekly inventory count and enter in system
*Effectively open or close store according to business hours
*Complete all E-Learning modules as posted in Extreme Brand Portal
