Description

Would you like to join a growing company where integrity is valued, and teamwork and client service are viewed as critical to success? We are looking for an Architectural Technologist to be an integral part of our team and work directly with clients to bring projects to life.  

This position is responsible for designing and preparing commercial and residential architectural drawings, inclusive of the technical, functional and aesthetic aspects of the design. The ideal candidate will have excellent client service skills, and the ability to depict the clients vision onto paper. Additionally, there is an opportunity for further development of project management skills, as this position has a hand in ensuring deliverables fall within the projects scope and budget.

We are looking for someone who has:
- Expertise in REVIT and/or AutoCAD gained through formal education/training in Architectural Technology or a related discipline.
    
- The ability to analyze and apply various requirements, such as building codes and regulations, by-laws, etc. while designing project drawings, identifying issues and opportunities.

- Excellent organizational skills to manage detailed information about multiple projects at any given time.

- Exceptional communication skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and other project stakeholders.

- Superb client service skills, to work with the clients throughout all stages of the project, from initial design, to selecting materials and finishes.

- Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office applications.

- A valid drivers license.
