Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to existing and potential customers in the barbecue and outdoor living industries. This person will be expected to use their knowledge and expertise in these areas to assist customers in making informed decisions about products, as well as provide updates on new products, promotions and any other relevant information.
Other responsibilities include:
Conducting outbound calls to existing customers who haven't ordered in a while
Reviewing our CRM system to contact prospects who have not yet purchased from us
Providing assistance with product questions and issues
Recording customer interactions and updating customer records in our CRM system
Escalating issues to appropriate departments or management as needed.
General Office Duties
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
Proven track record of success in customer service, particularly in the barbecue and outdoor living industry Strong knowledge of industry trends and products
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
High school diploma or equivalent, with post-secondary education in customer service or related field an asset
