We are a maternity and baby clothes retailer.We are looking to hire a sales supervisor with the responsibilities as below:
Greet and assist customers.
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, taking inventory, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers.
Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods.
Inventory stock and reorder when necessary.
Instruct staff on how to handle difficult or complicated sales.
Meet financial objectives by preparing an annual budget,scheduling expenditures,analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
Formulate pricing policies and accuracy.
Requirements:
College diploma in sales or marketing, or related field.
1+ years related experience.
Excellent sales and marketing skills.
Outstanding communication skills,both written and verbal.
Ability to meet multiple deadlines.
Ability to Supervise
- 3 - 4 people
