Duties and Responsibilities
-Prepare, input, revise, and review an array of documents, including correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures, publications, reports, and associated content derived from machine dictation and handwritten sources.
-Effectively manage the reception, distribution, and internal and external coordination of incoming physical and electronic communications, facilitating seamless information exchange.
-Schedule and validate appointments and meetings
-Procure office supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels are maintained for uninterrupted operations.
-Address telephonic and electronic inquiries proficiently, accurately relaying messages and calls as required.
-Establish and uphold both manual and computerized filing systems to systematize information storage.
-Extend courteous reception to visitors, determine the purpose of their visit, and appropriately direct them to the relevant personnel or department.
-Document and prepare concise minutes of meetings, capturing crucial discussions and decisions.
-Coordinate intricate travel itineraries and secure reservations with precision.

Qualifications we require

-Completion of Secondary School
-1 to 2 years of related experience is an asset
