We opened our first store in Kitchener, Ontario in 1980. Our goal??? To offer restaurant-quality foods, great value, and one-of-a-kind service to customers. Back then, we were called M&M Meat Shops and our product line-up showcased top quality, flash-frozen, exclusive products not available in any other food retailer. Although our name has changed, our goal remains the same.

Position Detail

Vacancy: 1

Weekly Hours: 30 to 40 hours
Location of Work: Moose Jaw

Duties and Responsibilities

-Recording financial transactions: record and track all financial transactions including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
-Maintaining accurate financial records: ensure that all financial records are accurate and up-to-date and keep track of all financial information and organize it in a way that is easy to understand and use.
-Balancing accounts: reconcile bank statements and ensure that all accounts are balanced.
-Generating financial reports: generate financial reports such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
-Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable: responsible for managing the accounts payable and accounts receivable including sending invoices and paying bills.
-Managing payroll: responsible for managing payroll, including calculating employee salaries, withholding taxes, and issuing paychecks.
-Communication with third-parties such as bank representatives and Designated CPA for the company

Qualifications we require

-Completion of diploma in accounting/bookkeeping or a related discipline
-1 to 2 years of related experience is a plus
