We are looking for a Sr. Manager of Social and Content Marketing.
Responsibilities:
Lead and grow a talented team leaders and individual contributors, providing mentorship and coaching.
Take ownership of our customer concerns and promptly facilitate a resolution.
Grow and retain the number of partners and SMBs purchasing Social and Content services month over month.
Measure, optimize, and adjust monthly, quarterly, and annual goals for your area of business to coincide with Vendasta and Marketing Services objectives and KPIs.
Train and develop a team of leaders and individual contributors to become strong Digital Marketing Services advocates for both internal and external stakeholders.
Work with Managers on escalations, including joining calls as a senior leadership representative.
Hold weekly 1 on 1s
Comfortably manage a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment, while helping the team reach their goals
Qualifications:
3+ years leading a team in creative short form and long form writing.
4+ years of experience in short form and long form content writing and editing.
A strong understanding of SEO best practices.
Proven ability to develop and grow leaders through coaching and mentoring.
Proven ability to multitask, be decisive, and remain calm under pressure.
Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Experience with OpenAI, ChatGPT, and related AI software applications.
Experience with small, medium and enterprise customer profiles.
