The Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission is looking to add a full time Legal Assistant to its staff in Saskatoon.  The Commission offers a competitive salary, benefits package, and may consider virtual or "work from home" arrangements.

Description:

The Legal Assistant will work to provide comprehensive administrative support with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be thorough, analytical, accurate and detail oriented.  A candidate with strong organizational, computing, and writing skills is preferred.  A formal education in general office administration, legal experience, or real estate would be beneficial but is not a prerequisite.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare documents and correspondence.
- Work productively in a professional team environment that requires a high level of accuracy, adherence to deadlines, and confidentiality.
- Organize and maintain files and expedite work.
- Answer telephone, direct calls and respond to inquiries.
- Transcribe and type documents.
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
- Perform administrative and general duties as directed.
