Successful candidates will have however WCA may consider hiring an individual who is currently working towards obtaining the certificate/licensing requirements of the related position:
-Grade 12 Diploma or Grade 12 Equivalency
-Valid Class 5 Drivers license
-Standard First Aid and CPR
-Certified Safe Food Handler
West Central Abilities (WCA) requires a criminal record check (CRC) and vulnerable sector check (VSC) from every potential WCA team member. The CRC must be dated within the past six (6) months and be satisfactory to WCA. Internal candidates may be required to provide a CRC and/or VSC during the recruitment and selection process.
