Responsibilities
Overseeing all aspects of equipment maintenance and repair for farm and transportation equipment
Establishing preventative maintenance schedules, guidelines, and best practices. Instructing other team members in the proper execution of maintenance tasks
Ensuring appropriate stock levels of shop supplies and common parts while controlling costs
Manage all aspects of shop condition (cleanliness, organization, and appearance).

Qualifications
Mechanically inclined with a minimum of 3 years' experience in maintaining ag equipment or tractor/trailers
Priority will be given to certified mechanics (AG or HD).
Problem-solving mindset; proactive and self-motivated
Computer literate; able to learn new software as needed
Understanding inventory management and cost control
Friendly and able to build positive working relationships with suppliers and peers
Open to occasional travel within the province
