The QMS Manager will be responsible to work with other staff to establish procedures and quality standards and to monitor these against agreed targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Determine and maintain in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications
Investigating and setting standards for quality
Ensuring that processes comply with standards
Working with staff to establish procedures, standards, systems and procedures
Writing management and technical reports
Determining training needs
Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality
Directing objectives to maximise profitability
Monitoring performance
Conduct internal audits
QUALIFICATIONS:
Post-secondary education in a relatable field or a minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality management role
Excellent technical skills
Planning and organization skills
Communication and interpersonal skills
Leadership, problem-solving & team working skills
IT skills
Knowledge of business and management principles including management and coordination of people and resources
Strong leadership, decision and problem solving skills, analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and to solve problems
Strong verbal and written abilities in the English Language
Ability to work independently and autonomously
