Here at Vendasta, we like to take care of our employees! In order to do so, we are seeking a Food Operations Manager to keep our team well-fed, healthy, and happy! This position will entail running Vendastas food servicesfrom guiding team members, ordering & auditing, overseeing & maintaining the cleanliness of all aspects of Food Operations, preparing & and stocking food items, and assisting in hot/cold food preparation.

Responsibilities
Oversee Vendastas Food Operations team and initiatives
Complete weekly ordering & auditing of food & food supplies
Assist in executing food preparation for each days menu, as well as preparation and delivery of food stock items
Maintain sanitation & temperature records in all areas of Food Operations
Assist with events held at Vendasta including internal Lunch and Learns, Ideas on Tap, and other events as needed

Requirements
4+ years experience in food preparation; preference given to those in a commercial setting
2 years experience in leadership capacity
Food Safety Certificate
Exemplary organization and planning skills
Strong problem solving abilities and self-motivation
Ability to prioritize, remain calm, and multi-task under pressure in a dynamic environment
Flexibility in shift start and end times is considered an asset!
