N.L. Construction is a thriving local business specializing in Residential/Commercial/Industrial new builds and renovations, including design builds and tender projects.
We are currently looking to recruit an Estimator to join our team.
The successful candidate will be initiative-taking, organized and prepared to manage tasks in a demanding environment. Responsibilities of the position are to estimate small and large projects and general daily tasks associated with this scope of work.
Your probationary period is for three months. We offer a pension and benefit program with Health, Dental and Life Insurance once you successfully complete two months employment.
N.L. Construction is dedicated to providing its customers with a high-quality product that includes designing and drafting plans, pouring residential and commercial foundations, building custom homes, erecting large commercial steel buildings, interior finishing projects and installing and servicing overhead doors. Completion of secondary school and/or several years of experience as a qualified estimator in the construction trade is an asset. Computer skills is also another asset. N.L. Construction is willing to train the right candidate who shows attention to detail and great energy.
