Admin/Bookkeeper
Responsibilities:
Manage financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledgers, budgets, and financial statements
Process payroll and maintain employee records
Perform administrative tasks, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and organizing files
Ensure compliance with accounting and financial regulations and laws
Assist with other tasks as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
2-3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
Strong communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Familiarity with relevant tax laws and regulations
