Platinum Roofing is seeking hardworking and skilled Residential Roofing Labour and Installers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have prior experience in residential roofing installation and repairs, and possess the necessary skills and knowledge to perform various roofing tasks safely and efficiently. As a Roofing Labour and Installer, you will be responsible for assisting with the installation and repair of residential roofing systems, driving company vehicles to and from job sites, and following safety protocols and procedures at all times.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the installation and repair of residential roofing systems
Load and unload roofing materials and equipment from trucks and other vehicles
Operate and maintain roofing equipment and tools
Assist with measuring and cutting roofing materials to fit specific projects
Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
Communicate effectively with team members and project supervisors
Drive company vehicles to and from job sites
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in residential roofing installation and repairs
Must have a valid safety ticket, steel-toed boots, and hard hat
Must have an active driver's license
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, such as roofing materials and equipment
Willingness to work in all types of weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Excellent time-management and organizational skills
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
Salary:
Starting pay for Roofing Labour is $20 per hour
Installers with more than 3 years of experience will receive from $26-$45 per hour
