We're on the hunt for an energetic, and self-motivated leader with at least 2 years or more of solid experience in the food and beverage industry. We are currently looking for a new Pub Supervisor to take the lead in overseeing operations at the Knotted Thistle Pub located onsite here at The Atlas. There will be times where the successful candidate might also be assisting with supervising our DISH Restaurant Crew.

Answering to our Director of Food & Beverage, you would be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our pub. This includes attending to guests needs, working directly on the floor alongside front of the house staff during peak periods, completing on-going training, scheduling, supervision, and development of the Pub. The successful candidate must have an open availability, but must be able to work evening, weekends, and holidays. A valid Serve It Right certificate is also required.

Responsibilities include:
* Be the pinnacle of server excellence
* Working the floor at times to support the team and learn the operations first-hand
* Supporting the team with complaint and conflict handling
* High level customer service recovery
* Scheduling of staff
* Managing and maintaining inventory of liquor and supplies
* Ensuring all aspects of the pub, including cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance, are up to brand standards
* Completing hiring, onboarding, and training for new recruits
* Execution of special events
* Oversight & development of operational processes
