As a manufacturer and supplier of aviation ground support equipment, AVRO GSE supports equipment throughout North America and knows the urgency of reducing downtime and understands the pressing need for immediate support and service in the aviation industry.
AVRO GSE operations are based in Emerald Park, SK just outside Regina where we undergo service and operational activities for all equipment categories and distribute throughout North America.
We are currently looking for a resourceful and competent Parts & Service Co-Ordinator, to meet increased capacity requirements.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to & managing all parts requests according to Avro GSE Customer Service Commitment
- Assisting the Parts & Service Manager with processing of internal & external work orders to ensure timely service delivery
- Assisting the Senior Equipment Support Specialist with co-ordination of parts & service requirements for Field Service appointments
Provides incoming phone & web support.
Resolves customer issues
Keeps customer informed as to changes to order status.
Records all interaction within CRM and/or ERP



The ideal candidate will be:
Competent with MS Office suite, HubSpot CRM, Acumatica ERP.
Competent in obtaining shipping quotes for product components and other commodities.
Ability to learn basic level of knowledge about standard Avro GSE products and their various applications.
