Borderland Co-op is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team at our Whitewood Dairy Queen that is expected to be opening soon. We are seeking a self-motivated, ambitious, and energetic individual who will be involved in recruitment, training and development and performance management.

What youll do:
Plan, organize, direct, support and evaluate daily operations.  Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures. Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms. Conduct performance reviews. Cost products and services. Organizing and maintaining inventory.
Participate in marketing plans and implementation.
Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance. Address customers' complaints or concerns.
Lead recruitment, training and supervision of staff.
Demonstrate day to day behaviors and actions that align with and strengthen our Coops vision, mission, values, brand and focus on safety. Lead a culture of safety through the adherence to company standards for health & safety, loss prevention and environmental due diligence.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Customer Service and:
-Possess 3-5 years of experience in a restaurant environment, including Managerial experience.
-High level of integrity and accountability.
-Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays where necessary.
-Ability to fulfil physical job requirements including manual labour.
-Strong leadership skills that align with DQs values.
-Ability to foster a culture focused on safety, innovation, and teamwork.
