Answer telephone for online electronic enquiries and ensure deliveries in time
Ordering and controlling Inventory.
Determine and establish office procedures and routines. Compile data, statistics, and
other information.
Record data of customers and vendors.
Replying customer emails and make solutions of their queries.
Assemble data and prepare periodic reports.
Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures Reply emails as per directions
of Management.
Coordination with sales and warehouse department.
Ensure payment of Payroll and payroll taxes in time.
