Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
Serve food and beverages
Prepare and serve specialty foods at patrons' tables
Present bill to patrons and accept payment
Order and maintain inventory of cutlery and liquor
Clean tables and vacuum floor
Must have knowledge of East Indian food
Taking out the garbage and replacing garbage bags.
Washing, drying, and putting away all dishes and kitchen utensils. Unloading food supplies from delivery trucks. Helping cooks prepare for meals by washing, cutting, peeling, and slicing ingredients
