Answer emails and make reservations if any in email
Check in guests that are coming in
Check out guests that are done with their stay
Call guests to confirm their bookings a day before
Compile and check daily record sheets, guest accounts, receipts and vouchers using computerized or manual systems
Present statements of charges to departing guests and receive payment.
