Join one of Regina's newest luxury Retirement Residence as Executive Chef. Executive Chef position requires Red Seal status. Must have Safe Food Handling certificate. Executive Chef is responsible for inventory control and purchasing within budget constraints. Must be able to menu plan, food preparation and presentation on a daily basis for a large group of people. Preparation and maintenance of standardized recipes. Food Safety and sanitation while meeting all Public Health and other regulations.
