The Office Manager plays a critical role contributing to an efficient and successful practice by being accountable for the smooth daily operations of both the front and back office. Responsibilities include managing staff, driving practice performance, motivating a passion for excellent patient care and supervising the business operations of the practice such as budgets, billing, salary, and expenses.
