Responsibilities:
-Effectively and consistently manufacture parts on a daily basis while conforming to specifications, safely and efficiently.
-Manage, control and provide input for the flow of materials and information
-Perform general preventative equipment maintenance and ensure minimal downtime
-Continuous improvement of processes, including CNC programs and documentation of standard work
-Operate equipment safely and conscientiously

Qualifications:
- Journeyperson Machinist
-Knowledge of CNC and manual machining processes
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
-Effective troubleshooting and problem solving skills
-Creativity and a focus on continuous improvement
