Job Description:
Plan, direct and evaluate the operations of establishments engaged in retail sales;
Manage staff and assign duties and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
Prepare and manage work schedules for staff
Authorize payments to suppliers by cheque and the return of merchandise
Sell merchandise to customers
Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
Resolve problems regarding any equipment failure or facility on site by following proper channels with Esso head office
Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Hire and train or arrange for the additional training of new sales staff
Ensure proper in store promotion and advertisement signage according to company standards and planograms.
Submitting Fuel survey daily
