Daily Responsibilities:
- Adhere to our provided systems for maximizing earnings
- Arrive on time in your clean, company-provided shirt
- Set up and clean up job sites daily
- Conduct job-site marketing at each project's onset
- Perform paint-related tasks (prepping, brushing, rolling, spraying) on various indoor and outdoor surfaces
- Use and maintain company tools and equipment
- Drive to and from job sites, including occasional paint store visits
- Maintain a safe work environment at all times
