Welldone Mechanical Services Inc. is a family-owned company that has been serving Regina and Saskatoon for the last 57 years and we are growing!  We are currently recruiting a Project Sales Manager. We are looking for an individual with the ability to work in a disciplined, structured sales process to generate results that contribute to the growth of our business.

Responsibilities:
Analyze customer design proposals and specifications to determine and sell cost effective solutions
Managing the preparation of estimates for design-build and time and material projects
Ensure professional quality services in all facets of work
Lead a team to ensure technical accuracy of project deliverables
Manage a team to ensure cost effective, safe and timely completion of projects to meet or exceed client expectations
Manage project activities throughout lifecycle, including the allocation of adequate resources, documentation and other factors necessary for success
Work with clients to sell and deliver the end project
Maintain and grow current business and client relationships
Provide mentoring to technical staff, assigning duties as required
Maintain project schedules and project cost summaries to track work progress, budget status, and manpower resource utilization

Qualifications:

3-5 years of previous estimating experience is required
Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
Require experience and understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems
Journeyman Trade experience within plumber/gas fitter/refrigeration trades
Knowledge of building codes and standards
Valid drivers license is required
