We are seeking a permanent, full-time Funeral Service Administrator to add to our dynamic team. This individual would work directly with our team of funeral directors and client families to assist in all preparations for cremation and/or burial services.

Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
-Administration work  data entry, obituary writing/typing, registrations of death
-Answering phones and email inquiries
-Submitting orders to outside design company for memorial cards, video tributes, etc.
-Providing support to team of funeral directors  completing paperwork, contacting organizations such as church, cemetery, etc.

The ideal candidate would excel in the following areas:
-Strong time management skills
-Commitment to accuracy, attention to detail
-Works well within short timelines to meet company and client family deadlines
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
-Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Adobe
-Displays professionalism, resilience and a strong work ethic
-Positive attitude and highly motivated

Start Date:
-As early as June 5, 2023
-Training will be provided

Hours of Work:
-Monday  Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with one hour lunch break
