Responsibilities:
Partner with the leadership team to drive clear mid-year and year-end performance reviews.
Ensure the timely filling of open roles.
Manage the HR process from onboarding to termination.
Pro-actively manage employee relations issues.
Coach leadership and management appropriately.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years' experience in Human Resources with at least 2 years' experience in strategic partnership with the leadership team.
Bachelor's degree in HR.
Experience providing feedback and coaching at a leadership level.
Ability to influence and manage change effectively.
Strong planning, budgetary, and project management abilities.
