We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for prompt emergency service response and for project coordination through to completion.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities will include:
Perform site inspections, draw floor plans and create mitigation and repair scopes
Manage workflow of emergency service technicians, trades and sub-contractors
Communicate with adjusters, homeowners and property managers
Coordinate emergency, demolition and reconstruction services through to completion
Obtain quotes, create work orders, and write estimates using price lists
Understand job costing, invoicing and file management
Read and comprehend vendor agreements, insurance requirements and bid documents
Complete final inspections, collect deductibles and obtain signatures
Use and maintain company PPE, vehicles and electronics
Schedule marketing appointments and participate in company sponsored functions

Education:
IICRC Certification
High School Diploma
