Highline Manufacturing is a dynamic division of Bourgault Industries Ltd. We are located in Vonda,SK and are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to guide the maintenance team to success by planning, coaching, counseling, leading, and motivating.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Lead, develop, train, and motivate team members
-Schedule maintenance of production equipment while keeping downtime to a minimum
-Assign work to team members
-Manage and prioritize projects in a way that aligns with the teams priorities and goals
-Guide team members on how to work safely and advise Maintenance & Facilities Team Leader of major safety concerns
-Provide assistance to team members in the effectiveness of their methods by demonstrating tasks and by checking the quality of their work
-Organize the work by ensuring that the materials, tooling and equipment necessary to do the job are in place
-Develop and maintain a Continuous Improvement culture focusing on the elimination of waste while striving to provide increased value to our customers, both internal and external
-Order parts as required
-Perform hands-on duties, when time permits

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Journeyman Millwright or Electrician certification is an asset
-Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
-Strong organizational & planning abilities
-Equipment and process knowledge
-Strong computer skills
-High degree of analytical thought and creativity
-Able to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
-Supervisor pre-promotion training is an asset but not a requirement
-Must be willing to work overtime and weekends if required
-Strong desire to improve the quality of your own thinking, as well as a desire to develop the skills and thinking of others
