The Intake & Assessment Coordinator will be responsible for receiving referrals from Reaching Home-funded homeless-serving organizations and other community-based entities. Will conduct secondary assessments (currently SPDAT) and make referrals for services to the most appropriate agency per Reginas Coordinated Access system policies and procedures. This position will require community outreach and engagement, providing a connection to housing support services and various duties to assist individuals currently experiencing homelessness. The flexible program provides an atmosphere of acceptance and a non-judgmental approach when working with individuals.
