Description

Anchor is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the efficient functioning of our small technology-focused office. The Office Manager will be responsible for managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, handling reception duties, answering phones, assisting with dispatch, ordering supplies, and providing overall management support. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities include, Accounts Payable/Receivable Management, Reception and Phone Support, Light Office Duties, Office Management, and Collaborative Support

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role.
Strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes.
Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office Suite.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Knowledge of technology industry trends and terminology is a plus.
