We are looking for a Technical Solutions Manager (Salesforce Architect) (Out of Scope) that will work closely with our customers and internal stakeholders to define plans, strategies and architectures for the installation, operation, migration and management of complex information systems.
The Technical Solutions Manager (Salesforce Architect) (Out of Scope) works with engagement team, gathers and analyzes client I/T (Information Technology) needs, translates these needs into requirements for Salesforce Implementation, products, and services, and may lead or advise the teams which install, operate and maintain the Salesforce system.This includes working with client personnel and executives to identify functional and non-functional requirements and subsequently working with and leading others in the evaluation of options and the identification, justification, and design of the client's solution.
The Technical Solutions Manager (Salesforce Architect) (Out of Scope) is responsible for the overall solution related to quality, performance, availability, scalability and integrity, ensuring solution usability. This position reports directly to the Manager, Delivery Architecture and interfaces with all affected stakeholders both internal and external to ISM Canada in a matrix environment. This role is subject to regular business working conditions.
