Description

PRIMARY FOCUS

The communications specialist is a key member of the Marketing & Communications division in LutherCare Communities (LCC), partnering with other divisions to achieve organizational priorities and goals. Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications (the Director), the communications specialist supports strategy by executing divisional plans, including cascading, monitoring, reporting, and course correction. The communications specialist demonstrates divisional expertise to enable an innovative and positive working climate in a resident-first culture. The communications specialist works within the division and cross-functionally to support operations in the organization. The Communications specialist works closely with media sources and other external partners.
